I've tried spoiling in Mithril Mines  all areas and can't spoil, they don't even turn blue; when it says successfully spoiled.  even tried spoil in Imperial Tomb Chaotic zone and nothing, is there something wrong with spoil ?

Hello dear.
Blood of chaos can be more easy spoil at MM and hardest at IT.
Also blood of chaos can be farm without spoil aswell in ITC and Mithril.

What I'm also asking is, do the monsters in Imperial Tomb Chaotic still have a chance to spoil blessed enchants or anything?

Till now the blessed enchants etc its at mini/mid/high raid bosses dropable.
in the future maybe will be added at ITC for spoil or.
